About Marian Anthony, President of Anthony Realty Group

Marian Anthony created Anthony Realty Group (ARG) in Dec. 2008 to maximize the investment potential of today distressed real estate markets. Ideally suited for his role as ARG President, Anthony's experience covers every aspect of the industry from property management to mortgage brokerage.

Anthony has drawn from over a decade of professional experience to develop his customized training program which he calls "The Magnificent 7 Principles of Investing". His strategic methods are designed to equip real estate agents with the tools necessary to provide quality service with optimum value.

The vision behind Anthony's unique business model was initiated during his tenure as an Account Executive with clients in 13 states. Based on his career success, Anthony infuses his team with a pursuit for excellence. This attitude was shaped in part by his personal experiences as a non-commissioned  officer in  the Marine Corps and his studies in business, advertising & marketing in San Diego.

After entering the real estate market in the late 90's, Marian helped launch several start-up companies including a Home Capital Funding, Untitrust Mortgage as an account executive and later as a  headhunter for Pacific Capital Mortgage, and Equity Loan Partners.

Today, those accomplishments are evident at Anthony Realty Group, a consumer advocacy agency that incorporates the most effective investment techniques for today's distressed markets, giving trainees a clear advantage over the competition. As the fastest growing team in North County, ARG currently employs more than 100 agents in Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.
